Documents prior to 1943 will be found in the "Archive Search". To use this, you would need to look at the detail data, and find the volume book/page. Go back to the home page and click on "Archive Search". When you click on archive search, you'll need to highlight "DEE", second column would be the book, and the third column would be the page.
